Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Definitions

• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

moa4d is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our compliance obligations, we require all users to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures. You may be required to submit:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Selfie verification holding your identification document
• Additional documentation as may be reasonably requested for verification purposes

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in restrictions on account functionality including withdrawal processing, bonus eligibility, and in some cases, account suspension. • Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must originate from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposited funds are credited to your account after payment confirmation, typically within minutes for most methods.
• All deposits are non-refundable once credited to your account balance, except in cases of technical error or as otherwise required by law.
• We reserve the right to refuse any deposit without explanation.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your account balance subject to the following terms:

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in your own name.
• You must complete identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal request will be processed.
• Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before withdrawal of any balance.

• We reserve the right to reverse any withdrawal and return funds to your account if we suspect fraud, violation of terms, or any other irregularity.

4.3 Fees and Charges

moa4d does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank or e-wallet) may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such third-party charges. Currency conversion fees may apply if you deposit or withdraw in a currency different from your account currency.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

moa4d offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible users including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. We reserve the right to refuse bonuses to players suspected of bonus abuse.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings.
• Wagering requirements vary by bonus type and are clearly stated in the promotional terms for each offer.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

6.1 General Rules

When participating in any gaming or betting activity on moa4d, you agree to:

• Play fairly and in good faith without employing any artificial intelligence, bots, or automated systems.
• Not exploit any software errors, loopholes, or technical issues for advantage.
• Accept that all game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures.
• Understand that past results have no bearing on future outcomes (each event is independent).
• Acknowledge that while we strive for accuracy, odds and betting lines may contain errors. We reserve the right to void any wagers placed on obviously erroneous odds.

6.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

For sports betting activities including bandar bola (football betting) and other sports markets:

• All bets are settled according to official results as determined by the relevant sporting authority.
• If an event is postponed, bets remain valid for 48 hours. If the event is not completed within this timeframe, bets are voided and stakes returned.
• Live in-play betting may have delayed odds updates due to transmission delays. We are not liable for any such delays.
• We reserve the right to refuse any bet or limit betting amounts without explanation.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win. If any selection is void, the parlay is recalculated without that selection.

6.3 Disputes and Investigations

In the event of disputes regarding bet settlement, game results, or other gaming outcomes:

• moa4d's decision is final and binding.
• We reserve the right to investigate any suspicious activity and withhold funds pending completion of investigation.
• Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the event in question. Claims made after this period may not be considered.
• We maintain comprehensive logs of all gameplay and transactions which will be used as the primary evidence in dispute resolution.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Money laundering or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity
• Fraudulent activity including use of stolen payment methods or identity theft
• Collusion with other players or dealers
• Use of automated systems, bots, or software designed to manipulate gameplay
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse promotions
• Arbitrage betting or exploitation of price differences
• Chargebacks or payment disputes made in bad faith
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward staff or other users
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack any aspect of the Platform

9. Account Closure and Suspension

moa4d reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Breach of responsible gaming policies
• Regulatory or compliance requirements
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months with no login)

Upon account closure, any remaining genuine balance (excluding bonus funds or winnings obtained through violation of terms) will be returned to you, subject to completion of any pending investigations and verification procedures. 10. Intellectual Property
